Tadeusz Lewandowski

(attorney-at-law, partner)

Member of The Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. Specializes in civil law and administrative law, including litigation. He amassed considerable experience with the legal aspects behind the preparation and implementation of infrastructure investments, including public-private partnerships. As part of his practice, he focuses on public procurement law and provides ongoing legal services for businesses from various branches of the economy.
Tadeusz Lewandowski is a graduate of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin (2000). In 2004, he also completed a post-graduate program at the University of Finance and Management in Warsaw and became a “Legal Consultant of Projects Financed from EU Funds”. Between 2003 and 2007 he completed attorney-at-law training with The Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. In the years 2000–2005 Tadeusz Lewandowski was employed with various public administration bodies, dealing with the construction and operation of public roads, including tolled motorways. After this period, he worked in renowned law firms, where he dealt with civil, economic and commercial law, as well as public procurement law. He operated his own legal advisor’s firm in the period between 2007 and 2009. During that time, his clients included one of the largest law firms in Poland.

Mikołaj Iwański

(attorney-at-law)

Member of The Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. His strong focus lies with civil law and administrative law, but he is also familiar with criminal matters. His extensive experience in legal advisory services covers the topics of preparation, implementation and settlement of infrastructure investments in road, urban, ITS, as well as maritime and inland waterway projects. It was acquired, among others, during his work with road administration authorities (GDDKiA) and bodies responsible for supporting beneficiaries in the preparation and implementation of investments financed from European Funds (CUPT). During this part of his professional career, he was responsible for the assessment of grant applications, payment applications and drafting grant agreements.

Bartłomiej Atys

(attorney-at-law, of counsel)

Member of The Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (1999) and CESLA UW (2000). In the years 2000–2001 he worked at the Ministry of Economy, where he was responsible for maintaining contacts with the OECD as part of a working group dealing with lawmaking in the Member States and drafting the ministry’s position on regulations regarding economic activity. Thereafter, between 2001 and 2006, he was providing legal support at a large debt collection company. In the years 2003–2006 he went on to study as a legal advisor trainee at The Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. In 2006, as one of 8 people (out of 90 candidates), he passed the attorney-at-law exam in Warsaw during an open session held by the Ministry of Justice, which earned him admission as an attorney-at-law to The Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
